Registration

  • Schools can register with the company free of cost.
  • Students can view their marks online using their login credentials on www.spellwellindia.com for any of the competitions.

Competition Structure

The competition comprises the following rounds:

  • Trial Round (Free)
  • Entrance Test (ET)
  • District Level Contest (DLC)
  • National Level Championship (NLC)

The competitions (Trial, ET, DLC, NLC) will be conducted online.

Participation and Fees

  • Schools can choose to enroll all students, allowing them to participate in the Trial Round free of cost.
  • If the school opts for a tie-up for selected students, they can only participate in the Trial Round for free, and must pay for the Entrance Test and subsequent competitions.
  • Selected students (those scoring above 60% or in the top 50% of ET participants, whichever is less) will be eligible for the District Level Contest.
  • Participation fees details can be found from the respective competition prospectus.

Rewards and Awards

  • Awards and cash prizes will be given based on performance in each group/category.
  • Details of the rewards and awards can be found on the SWI website.

Payment

  • Fees for the ET round and material charges can be collected by the school or paid online by parents using their respective login credentials on www.spellwellindia.com.
  • If parents make payments at the school, they can submit them to the SWI coordinator in the prescribed format.

Materials and Certificates

  • Certificates, kits, and materials related to the contest will be sent to the participants using the details provided at the time of account creation.
  • Participation certificates and other awards will be distributed as per the company’s criteria.

DLC and NLC

  • DLC & NLC will be conducted online in school.
  • Sponsorship criteria can be found from school brochure & respective prospectus.

Communication

  • The company or its authorized center may send reminders to participants via SMS or phone calls.

General Terms

  • It is not compulsory for any student to participate in any contest organized by SWI.
  • Management reserves the right to change, modify, or update any rules and regulations pertaining to the contest and related events without prior notice.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

  • Title holders will receive certificates, medals, trophies & cash prizes.
  • Participants will receive digital/physical participation certificate.
